Added 7 New Maps to the city theme.

Nothing much, only because I kinda abandoned the game and when i came back i knew i had to get something out quick as it has been almost 6 months since the release of 1.20. Sorry about that

But rest assured, Mini Mayhem 1.40 is being quickly worked on, and is going to be a major update! It will implement many new things.
